If you do not wish to fill out the enrollment form online, you may download and complete it, and return it to our office at 3210 Maple Drive, Plover.
Below, you will also find the link to our Financial Aid Application, Medical/Immunization Form, and Agreement with Student Handbook Policy.
Tuition and Fees for 2026/27 School Year
Tuition: ($150 deposit required at time of registration)
- Member - $7,000
- Non-Member - $7,500
*Financial aid is available; please fill out the financial aid application and return it with your registration!
Fees:
- Technology - $75
- Athletic/Extra-curricular Fee: TBD
- Transportation - (if utilizing school-provided transportation) $300 per semester
CWLHS will not participate in the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program for the 26/27 school year. We will re-apply to the program for the 27/28 school year.
